Navigating Your Lows

Happy Thursday! If you've been paying attention, you might have realized it's been 3 weeks since my last post. Honestly, I have not been doing great recently, and consequently writing these posts has not been too consistent. I'm working (and procrastinating) on a post about procrastination, so stay tuned for that in the next few weeks.
